About the Role
As an In-Home Caregiver at Ultimate Choice Staffing In-Home Care, you will provide non-medical support to clients, assisting them with daily activities and offering companionship. Your role is essential in helping clients maintain their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Prepare and serve meals according to clients' dietary needs and preferences.
Provide medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercises.
Right at Home
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and maintaining a clean environment.
Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities.
Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
