About the Role
As a Registered Nurse at Ultimate Choice Staffing, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and educating clients and their families on disease management and prevention. You will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform initial and ongoing assessments of clients' health status.
Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document clients' responses to care and adjust plans accordingly.
Provide education to clients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Supervise and provide guidance to other healthcare staff as needed.
Requirements
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in home health care.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
